Frequently Asked Questions
Common Questions
How are shoes rated?
Each shoe is evaluated across multiple performance metrics including comfort, energy return, stability, durability, and fun to ride. Scores are based on objective testing and real-world running experience.
What does the Performance Judgement mean?
The Performance Judgement (Elite, Strong, Solid, Limited, Weak) represents the overall quality and performance level of the shoe based on its aggregated scores across all metrics.
How is the Value Rating calculated?
The Value Rating compares a shoe's performance level to its price point. A "Strong Buy" indicates exceptional value, while "Overpriced" suggests the price doesn't match the performance delivered.
Can I compare shoes from different categories?
Yes! Our comparison tool allows you to compare any shoes in our catalog, even across different categories. This can help you decide between different types of shoes for your specific needs.
How do I use the comparison tool?
Navigate to the Compare page, search for shoes you want to compare, and add up to 6 shoes. Each shoe appears as a horizontal row that you can scroll through to see all comparison data.
